PHARMACY DEGREE ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS

Applications are accepted continuously throughout the year. Applicants will be reviewed for admission on the strength of their ability to excel in graduate studies, based upon the following criteria:

  • Completed on-line application for admission
  • Proof of residency
  • Pharmacist licensure
  • Two letters of reference - sealed and dated
  • Official transcripts of all undergraduate and graduate work
  • Graduation certificate (Diploma)
  • Resume of personal, professional, and educational background
  • Written statement of professional and educational goals
  • Explanation of access to patients and medical records
  • Employer's letter of support
  • Current CPR Certification (Adult and Child)

Additional requirements for applicants who have graduated from International schools include:

  • Bachelor's degree equivalent to a B.S. in Pharmacy degree from a U.S. college of pharmacy
  • Evaluation of transcripts by Educational Credential Evaluators, Inc.
  • A minimum TOEFL IBT composite score of 80
  • A minimum TSE (Test of Spoken English) score of 50
